Policy

OC Choice Express is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that serves the foodservice needs of Cal State University Fullerton. Our office is located on the CSU Fullerton campus in the Titan Student Union, Suite 160. Please call us or order on our website with your menu selections, and we will provide a quote within two business days.

Pick-up or Delivery

As an express food pick-up service, we offer accessible pick-up in the Titan Student Union food court at no additional cost. We also provide delivery services anywhere on the CSUF campus for a $25 Delivery and Labor fee and a $50 Delivery and Labor Fee on orders more than $500. Fee subject to change depending on size or order. Unless otherwise specified, our orders include disposable plates, forks, knives, napkins, and serving utensils.

Cancellations and Guarantees

We require cancellations and adjustments at least three business days prior to the scheduled pick-up or delivery date. There will be an additional cost for any order changes or cancellations if done after the deadline. Order adjustments must be finalized three business days before when placing orders for TOGO’s, Baja Fresh, Starbucks, and Pie-ology. Payment in full is required at least two business days before your express pick-up or delivery date.
